The Fellowship of Reconciliation, at 104-years old, is one of the oldest peace and justice organizations in the world. Their US Western Regional Chapter has been meeting at Seabeck for its annual conference for 61 years!
This year, they have partnered with East Point Peace Academy to turn their entire conference into a 2.5-day long Fierce Vulnerability training and opened it up to the public. This means that we may be participating in Fierce Vulnerability with up to 250 people!!!
Fierce Vulnerability is East Point Peace Academy’s newest public offering. Coming out of ancient traditions of nonviolence and incorporating newer thinking around trauma healing and the power of vulnerability, our goal is to catalyze a new tradition of direct action that sees the work of resistance as an act of healing.

The conference will be facilitated by an experienced team of trainers from East Point Peace Academy as well as from a yet-to-be-named network working at the intersection of climate justice and racial healing.
